| 仕事内容: | 1. Achieve financial goals by optimizing sales of guest rooms and other hotel facilities and services - Research, prospect and identity potential accounts - Develop new accounts and monitor their production - Nurture and build loyalty and rapport with existing clients - Monitor sales performance and production of subordinate sales personnel - Develop and maintain a consistent and high standard hotel image - Obtain market information in relation to competitors and market trends. 2. Ensure delivery of service to attain customer satisfaction - Specify tasks for related departments for follow up - Monitor the process of delivery of services - Attend to immediate guest needs and complaints 3. Contribute to development of effective marketing activities - Identify target population and their requirements - Analyze strategies and performance of the competitor hotels and propose counteracting strategies - Develop effective relationship with personnel in all relevant contacts |
